This notice describes how we collect and use personal data about you, in accordance with
the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act [1998 OR 2018] and
any other national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, as amended or
updated from time to time, in the UK (‘Data Protection Legislation’).

For the purpose of the Data Protection Legislation and this notice, Claire Armstrong is the
‘data controller’. This means that I am responsible for deciding how to hold and use
personal data about you. I am notified as a Data Controller with the Office of the
Information Commissioner under registration number  ZA416362 . Any questions relating to

• you OR your employer OR our clients engages us to provide our services and also during the provision of those services;
